Balloons ship deflated but this set includes a straw for easy inflating the old-fashioned way, plus ribbon for hanging. 

We don't recommend using helium for these balloons - the letters will float away!

Pro Tip: After inflating each letter, squeeze the valve so that it fully shuts. This will help your balloons stay inflated for even longer.
