How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We ship from our warehouse in New Jersey, so standard shipping takes 1-5 business days! If you place your order before 12 pm EST it will ship the same day Monday-Thursday. See UPS shipping chart below for more information. *please note that carriers are no longer guaranteeing any transit times due to COVID19. There may be delays beyond our control*

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Send us a quick email at hello@pompompartyshop.com and we will see if there’s anything we can do! Please include your order number in your email. Since we pack and ship orders as fast as we can, we might not be able to accommodate a change or cancellation to your order after it’s been placed.

Do you offer a discount for event planners?

We do offer discount on bulk and large orders! If you are interested in learning more, please send us an email at hello@pompompartyshop.com.

 Can I return items from my order?

Unopened items in a new and unused condition can be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Please visit our shipping & returns page for additional details regarding our return policy and process.

There is an issue with my order. What should I do?

Please send us an email at hello@pompompartyshop.com within 3 days of receiving your order, specifying your order number and the issue you’ve encountered with your order. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a resolution!
